Cargokings ("the app") is an AI operator for small trucking carriers, built and operated by CARGOKINGS LLC, itself a licensed motor carrier. Carriers use the app to run their freight operations. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
When an authorized user of a carrier connects a Google (Gmail) mailbox, the app uses the Gmail API to read incoming freight paperwork (rate confirmations, bills of lading, proof-of-delivery documents, factoring and settlement reports), to label and file that mail, and to send replies from that mailbox on the carrier's behalf. The app accesses only the mailboxes a carrier explicitly connects, and every piece of data is scoped to the carrier that connected it — no carrier's data is ever visible to another.
Email content and attachments are used solely to run that carrier's operation — turning documents into load records, tracking money owed and received, and communicating with the carrier's freight brokers and drivers. Extracted records are stored in the carrier's own private database. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Operational records are held in the carrier's database for as long as the carrier operates its account, so that loads can be tracked, invoiced, factored, and audited. Google access can be revoked at any time by the carrier at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the mailbox in the app's Settings; revoking access stops all further reading and sending.
Data is not shared with third parties except the service providers strictly required to run the app (database and hosting), and the freight brokers/factoring companies a carrier itself sends documents to in the normal course of business. Data is never shared between carriers. No data is sold.
